Dr. Tyler Musgrave

DC, MS, ATC

Chiropractor & Owner

Dr. Tyler (Ty) Musgrave graduated cum laude from Cleveland University-Kansas City in December of 2024, before starting accepting patients here at HCC in early January 2025.

Dr. Musgrave is originally from Hastings, NE and attended Nebraska Wesleyan University here in Lincoln for his undergraduate studies. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in May of 2019, he then pursued a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology while working as a graduate assistant Athletic Trainer at Southern Arkansas University. 

Following his graduation in May of 2021, Dr. Musgrave then married his wife Audrey in July before the two of them moved to Kansas City to begin his chiropractic education at Cleveland University in Kansas City. They welcomed their first child in April of 2023, Della, who is the perfect mix of sweet and spunky. In January 2026 they welcomed beautiful twin girls Teddi and Leona right before accepting ownership of HCC and officially starting the practice of Musgrave Chiropractic and Family Wellness, LLC.

In his free time, Dr. Musgrave loves spending time with his family and friends, spending time at local breweries enjoying craft beer, and watching Husker athletics.

Angela Bredthauer

(Office Manager)

I came to work for HCC in the fall of 2005 as a chiropractic assistant for Dr. Lauer. In 2007, I began working in the insurance and billing department. I enjoying working to resolve insurance issues for our patients and helping our patients understand their insurance benefits.

Dr. Ty Musgrave continues the values Dr. Lauer instilled by keeping HCC a very welcoming and comfortable environment for all who visit our office. During my time here, I have seen miraculous effects of chiropractic treatment first hand, and I continue to be amazed every day at the improvement our patients experience in their health and well-being through chiropractic care.

I'm happy to say, I have lived in the Havelock area here in Lincoln most of my life. I am married with one child and two dogs.

Shelly Richardson

(Chiropractic Assistant)

I joined the team in 2025 with a vast background in hospitality, event coordination, office management, scheduling and multitasking. I love working closely with patients to ensure smooth operations from start to finish while making each individual feel welcomed and valued. With a positive attitude and attention to detail, I’m passionate about creating a warm, efficient, and professional front office experience for every patient who walks through the door. Every day in the office is so rewarding knowing I can be a part of someone’s healing journey.

I’ve lived in Lincoln my whole life with my wonderful husband, son, 2 dogs and 2 cats. We love sharing our home every year with exchange students from all over the world. So far, we have hosted amazing students from South Korea, Spain, Brazil and Germany!
